Delivery Locations

We currently ship within India, subject to courier service availability at your delivery PIN code.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days.
• Fast Delivery: 1–3 business days, where available.

These transit times are additional to order-processing time. Delivery may vary due to your location, public holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery is free for orders above ₹199. For orders of ₹199 or less, the weight-based charges below apply.

Fast Delivery is charged by parcel weight for every order, including orders above ₹199. The free-shipping offer does not apply to Fast Delivery.

These rates cover parcels up to 2 kg, including packaging. For shipping requirements above 2 kg, please contact us before ordering.

Available delivery options and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, use the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation to check its progress. If you need assistance, contact us with your order number.

Delivery Details and Delays

Please provide a complete delivery address, correct PIN code, and contact number. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can check with the courier.
