Jewellery Care

Caring for Your AYSIMA Jewellery

A little care helps preserve the finish and detailing of your artificial jewellery. Follow these simple steps to keep your favourite pieces looking their best.

Keep It Dry

Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or washing dishes. Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat and humidity. If a piece becomes wet, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth.

Apply Beauty Products First

Apply perfume, hairspray, creams and makeup before putting on your jewellery. Allow products to dry, and avoid spraying them directly onto bangles, stones or metal finishes.

Jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

Clean Gently

After wearing, lightly wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to remove surface oils and dust.

Do not soak your pieces or use toothpaste, baking soda, abrasive brushes, household cleaners or metal polish. Avoid ultrasonic and steam cleaning unless the product’s care instructions specifically permit them.

Store Separately

Keep each piece in a soft pouch or a separate compartment in a jewellery box to prevent scratches and tangles. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and bathroom humidity. Make sure jewellery is completely dry before storing.

Handle with Care

Slide bangles on gently without forcing them over your hand. Open hinged kadas using their clasp, and avoid bending designs that are not adjustable. Protect stones, pearls and decorative details from knocks, pulling and rough surfaces.

Remove jewellery before sleeping to reduce snagging and accidental damage.

Understand Normal Wear

Plated and fashion jewellery may gradually change colour or lose some shine with use. Moisture, friction, skin chemistry and storage conditions can affect how quickly this happens. Care helps preserve its appearance but cannot guarantee that the finish will remain unchanged.

Always follow any additional care instructions on the individual product page.
